Annotate any webpage and send it to a friend

I followed a link from TechCrunch tonight and found http://fleck.com. Seems to be a interesting site where you can annotate a webpage and then send it to a friend or colleague to point out something on that page to them. I flecked the following TechCrunch webpage http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/12/23/top-2007-education-apps-learning-20 to show you which link I clicked.
