I found a great new extension for the blog software I am using yesterday on http://www.flawlesscode.com/post/2007/12/Silverlight-video-player-extension-for-BlogengineNET.aspx . The extension allows you to easily embed a Silverlight video player in your blog entry. I think this will come in handy in the future as I will be able to use Camtasia Studio to present some screen camera instruction for accomplishing computer related tasks to my readers. As an example for the player I created a quick video using Windows Movie Maker for your amusement.

Note: You will need Silverlight installed on your local machine to view the video. Silverlight is Microsoft’s latest offering to complete with Adobe Flash. It is a very quick download that I am sure will be coming in Windows update very soon. For now if you don't have it, the video player that should be displayed below will be replaced by an advertisement that you can click to download the software. It works in IE, Firefox and Safari.
