Messing Around with jQuery

by Bill Beckelman 3. August 2008 13:13

The developers I follow (Berseth, Janko, & Mosa) have been doing a lot of stuff with jQuery lately. I got some time today to finally try some stuff out on my own. Checkout the two examples that demonstrate the code/plugins I tried out:

Example One:

  • Highlighting the active field
  • Html tooltips

Example Two:

  • Watermark textboxes/textareas with helpful hints
  • Limiting character input in textboxes and specifically textareas that don't support MaxLength like textboxes do.

Download the code (Net 3.5) 35.19 kb
